ESquared Hospitality is committed to exceeding expectations with extraordinary food and excellent customer service. What started in 2004 with the opening of our flagship, BLT Steak on 57th St. in New York City, has grown into a diversified brand of restaurant concepts. We feature a team of critically acclaimed chefs throughout our 20+ restaurants around the world.

Whether it’s a casual burger with friends, a satisfying Italian dinner or an elegant steak dinner with someone special, each dining experience will exceed expectations.

Jimmy Haber

Jimmy Haber is the CEO of E2 Hospitality, and has been an investor and owner of restaurants and nightclubs in NYC for over 30 years. Jimmy is intimately involved in all details of development, construction and financing of more than 25 restaurants worldwide. Jimmy is one of the founding trustees of the NYC Hospitality Alliance, an independent, city-wide hospitality association established in 2012 representing all industry facets including restaurants, nightlife venues, destination hotels and industry suppliers.

Keith Treyball
Partner and President

Keith Treyball is the Partner and President of Esquared Hospitality. Treyball has overseen restaurant operations since 1989 when he began his career as the General Manager of the acclaimed Inn at Pound Ridge in Westchester County, NY.
In 2003, Treyball partnered with Jimmy Haber to open BLT Steak and BLT Fish. In 2011, Haber and Treyball formed ESquared Hospitality, the parent company for BLT Restaurants.

Scott Cronin
Executive Vice President of Operations

Scott Cronin has honed a seasoned skill-set as a veteran of the hospitality industry, having worked with elite brands including Planet Hollywood, China Grill Management with Jeffrey Chodorow and Ian Schrager, Kimpton Hotels; and overseeing the two marquee NYC properties for Starr Restaurant Organization. In Spring of 2009, Scott joined ESquared Hospitality as Executive Vice President of Operations, overseeing the full-scale operations for E2 properties around the globe.

Samantha Wasser
Creative Director, Founder of by Chloe, Founder of The Sosta

As the Creative Director of E2 Hospitality, Samantha Wasser works on current and new E2 concepts to provide creative vision including development, branding, location, decor and design. Brand highlights include Horchata de Nueva York, by CHLOE., our fast- casual breakout vegan brand in NYC and LA; and The Sosta, a new Italian fast-casual concept opening in December 2016. In 2014, Samantha was recognized as one of Zagat's annual "30 Under 30.”

Clifford Crooks
Corporate Executive Chef

Chef Cliff has been cooking in NYC’s most prominent kitchens for more than 13 years, including positions at Salute!, Blue Water Grill, and Gramercy Tavern; along with appearing on the second season of Bravo’s “Top Chef.”
In 2010, Chef Cliff joined E2 Hospitality as Executive Chef of BLT Steak New York. In 2012, Chef Cliff was named Corporate Executive Chef, helping to inspire culinary growth and develop new E2 concepts.

Manuel Trevino
Corporate Executive Chef

A graduate of the New England Culinary Institute (NECI), Chef Manuel Trevino started at Le Cirque, before joining Babbo in 2000. He worked as Executive Chef at Dos Caminos, Travertine, and the TAO group, and appeared on the second season of Bravo’s “Top Chef.” In 2014, Chef Manuel joined E2 Hospitality as Corporate Executive Chef and was named Corporate Executive Chef of by CHLOE. in Spring 2016.

Kenny Silvester
Corporate Director

Kenny Silvester’s 20+ years of restaurant experience began at Fireman Hospitality, where he worked his way up to General Manager of multiple properties. In 2005, Kenny joined E2 Hospitality, as the General Manager of BLT Fish. In 2008, Kenny became the Corporate Director where he now oversees the operations team across E2 properties. Most notably, Kenny led the successful opening of by CHLOE.’s flagship location in 2015.

Rachel Wormser
Vice President of Public Relations

Rachel Wormser started her career at Baltz & Co., managing PR accounts for internationally-acclaimed restaurants and chefs before moving to Charlotte in 2011 to join the Mother Earth Group as Brand Development Director. In January 2015, Rachel joined E2 Hospitality as Vice President of Public Relations where she manages the communications and openings of E2 Hospitality restaurants globally, including the launch of by CHLOE., and new E2 concepts.

Ashley Edery
Director of Events

Ashley Edery started her hospitality career overseeing VIP client relations before joining the team at Compass Group managing events and conferences for Goldman Sachs in NYC. In 2012, Ashley joined EMM Group handling the events for their large collection of restaurant and nightlife concepts. In 2014, Ashley joined E2 Hospitality as the Director of Events where she oversees our private dining teams at E2 properties nationwide.

Alicia Cacchione
Director of Marketing

Alicia began her hospitality career at the newly opened La Esquina in SOHO, working there for 7 years before joining MidMor as their Director of Marketing and Events, the team that brought Ken Oringer’s and Jamie Bissonette’s beloved Boston restaurant, Toro to New York City. Alicia joined E2 Hospitality in August 2014 where she manages the marketing and partnerships of our 25+ restaurants and new concepts.

Debra Mulholland
Talent Manager

Starting as an operations manager at Best Buy in college, Debra went on to receive her masters’ degree in Human Resources. After 8 years in retail, Debra joined the hospitality industry, working in HR/Recruitment roles for notable hospitality brands such as Aurify Brands, Juice Generation, and Maison Kayser. In June 2016, Debra joined E2 Hospitality as Talent Manager, working to support the growth of the company.
